The short version

This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no account system. You can browse the whole catalog, watch all 45 elements run and copy the ten free ones without us learning anything about you.

We only get your data if you buy something or email us.

What we collect when you buy

Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see it. From Stripe we receive:

Stripe is the data processor for the payment itself and keeps its own record under its own policy. Read it at stripe.com/privacy.

What we do with it

We use your email and name to send you the files, stamp your license, and answer you if you write. We keep the purchase record because tax law requires us to keep transaction records. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list without you asking. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in and it will not be automatic because you bought something.

What the site loads from elsewhere

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads. That is the only third-party request on the page. The elements themselves are pure canvas code with zero external dependencies — nothing else is fetched.

Your rights

Wherever you live, and regardless of whether your local law requires it: email info@oneocean.io and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK, California or anywhere with equivalent law, these are rights you already have (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) — we just do not think you should need to cite a statute to get them.

The one thing we cannot delete on request is the record of a completed transaction, which we are legally required to retain for tax purposes.
