Refund policy

Last updated: August 2026

14 days, no questions asked. If the collection is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.

How to request one

  1. Email info@oneocean.io from the same address you paid with. That is the only thing we use to find your purchase.
  2. Say you want a refund. A reason is welcome but not required — it helps us improve, it does not gate anything.
  3. We process it through Stripe. The money goes back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes 5-10 business days to show it on your statement; that part is their timeline, not ours.

What we ask in return

That you stop using the code and delete your copy. We have no technical way to enforce this and we are not going to pretend otherwise — it is a matter of good faith. What we do have is the fingerprint stamped in every delivery, which is how we would notice if a refunded copy showed up published or resold.

After 14 days

We are not obligated to refund, but write to us anyway. If something is genuinely broken or the collection turned out to be useless to you, we would rather return your money than keep it and have you tell people we did.

If you are in the EU or UK

Consumer law in the EU and UK gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. Our policy already matches that period and does not ask you to waive it, so you get whichever is better for you. Nothing on this page removes a right your local law gives you.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, email us before disputing the charge with your bank. A refund takes us minutes and reaches you faster than a dispute, which takes weeks and costs us a fee on top of the refunded amount. We have never refused a refund inside the window.
